Fitness is just a decision to put one foot in front of another, day after day, until progress is made.

There is no quick fix to a healthy lifestyle... only temporary solutions. I love to help people learn their bodies, overcome obstacles, and be greater than their own excuses. It may not be easy, but it can be fun.

​

I offer Functional Fitness Training with a focus on making daily living easier. We work on optimizing range of motion, cardio, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, posture, structural muscle stability, and work together to create a healthy lifestyle; mind, body, soul. Beginner to Advanced, with or without limitations, my program will have you moving like you never thought possible.

  • I offer 1-1 or 2-1 Training in Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, or Fort Saskatchewan.

  • I also run a weekly Functional Fit Class (Monday), Outdoor Walking Group (Wednesday), and A Stairs Workout (Saturday).

  • I do 1-1 Fitness Assessments to find out where you're at and set some goals.
