How to be brilliant consistently... Watch this and learn!

**Written on November 07, 2019**

One of my favourite past times is watching Ted Talk videos or educational shorts. 🤓 Mostly revolving around cognitive function, mindset, and personal choice. 😂 Pretty cool... hey?

🙄 ...and you ask why I haven't seen all of *insert pop culture reference here*. Haha.

This is Part 1 and Part 2 of a TEDxPortsmouth video about being 'in the zone' everyday. I highly recommend streamlining your focus to only watch these videos when you have the time to dedicate to them. Dr. Watkins gives you valuable insight into the mind/body connection with proof through interaction. Give the first part 20 minutes of your attention and then get up, take a walk around, and grab a glass of water to settle in for the next one.

Free knowledge and a breathing rhythm that could literally change the way you live??!! 😲

Just please actively choose to absorb the information presented.

That means... 🤨 no tv, broken concentration, or sidetrack thinking.

😁 Focus people! ...let's learn.

I love how I forgot about these videos until now based off a post on Facebook examining the connection between an emotion and a physical illness. When I had seen this before I was sobbing to morn the loss of my Dad and a career, alone in an unstable atmosphere, trying to quit drinking with a glass of red wine in my hand, and my old flame on speed dial. 😬

Amazing how absorbing information may eventually show up within the being of who you are. I have now quit drinking for over a year and a half (almost 3 years at the time of this repost - Jan 21/21) and have used the physiology, mindset, listening to your body, think, and action building blocks within all of my personal training, meditation, and business teachings. Plus that breathing rhythm in PART 2 is a great way to train the mind/body/spirit to remain calm subconsciously. You become calm.

It is possible to shift our circumstances with determination in our decisions, time, patience, and consistent healthy action.

Words may inspire but only action creates change.
